Self- discovery painting

A collective workshop designed to explore and challenge personal boundaries, uncovering identity by confronting fears through engaging with a canvas. Participants will use paints, dripping techniques, and writing their initial thoughts down, then erasing them immediately, reflecting the natural process of being and breathing.
